We all try to start with our diet. Whether you have what I call a “perfect eating disorder” where you beat yourself up if you eat something wrong, or don’t know how to control your eating habits, we all try to start with what we put in our mouths.
The problem is our cravings, our needs, and the way we process foods are all determined by the brain. When there is a craving for sweets, thats your brain. When there is a craving for salty, that is your brain. There are certain patterns that affect what we put in our mouths.
The way your body breaks it down is also determined by your brain. Do you even believe you deserve food? Do you think that sugar is the devil? These will all determine how your body processes the food you put in your body.
