The 26.2-mile Marathon course begins at the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum, winds by the Oklahoma State Capitol and through some of Oklahoma City’s historic neighborhoods, and finishes at Scissortail Park! Along the way, runners pass 168 banners, each bearing the name of one of those who were killed in the Oklahoma City bombing.
Want to experience the camaraderie and energy of the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon with family and friends? Enter a team in the 5-person relay.
Looking to challenge yourself, but don’t want to go the full 26.2? The Half Marathon is just as exciting and meaningful to participants! Runners in the Half Marathon will also pass the 168 banners and take part in the Start Line presentation.
Are you looking for a way to participate in the #RUNtoREMEMBER
but not prepared for the Marathon or Half Marathon distances? Experience all the excitement and emotion of the race by running (or walking) in the 5K. No matter your level of preparation, the Memorial 5K is a great way to be a part of Race Weekend!
The Kids Marathon encourages children to live a healthy lifestyle, while teaching important lessons from the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum and the Oklahoma Standard.
It is a race to show that we can each make a difference in this world!
