A New Holiday Tradition in Downtown Edmond: Line The Street Carol Sing by Commonplace Books EDMOND:
While Edmond is truly “a great place to grow” as they say, what lies at its core and runs throughout is its quintessentially small-town charm and sensibilities. Yes, we’re experiencing new growth but it’s the generations of old that have preserved this special place for so long. There isn’t a Main Street nationwide that rivals the community that’s thriving up and down Broadway these days. We’d like to accentuate these inherent strengths by starting a New Holiday Tradition in Downtown Edmond.
So with that, we’re inviting you to join us, our family, friends, fellow shopkeepers, & neighbors to sing Christmas Carols right here in Downtown Edmond THIS Friday Night, December 17th at 7pm for the first annual Line The Street Carol Sing.
Meet at the Commonplace bookstore (Edmond) for Christmas cookies, hot chocolate, & cider beginning at 6:30pm then we’ll all spread out along the sidewalks on both sides of Broadway between 1st & Main Street to sing carols by candlelight following a Season’s Greeting from our Mayor, Darrell Davis.
Please RSVP at the link in our bio for this free community event so that we can be adequately prepared to welcome you & yours.
